Blossomland Soccer League starts fifth season of play

(April 16, 2008) The Blossomland Soccer League will soon kick-off its fifth year of adult premier play in Southwest Michigan. The league has increased to 17 teams and features 312 players from 27 countries. The 2008 campaign begins April 27 with four matches slated for that date. BSL sets mandatory organizational meeting

(January 6, 2008) The Blossomland Soccer League will prepare for its fifth season of play with a mandatory meeting for team managers at the Lincoln Township Library in Stevensville, Mich. on Thurs., Jan. 10 at 6:30. All twelve of 2007's teams will return and ten more teams will likely enter the league for 2008. A team representative from each returning and proposed team must attend this meeting.

The Blossomland Soccer League is Western Michigan's premier amateur soccer league and is open to all competitive players from high school-age through adult. It is the only United States Soccer Federation-sanctioned league in the Michiana area. Play will begin in late April and culminate with the league championship in late July.
