FFF is open to all select, premier and elite level teams including USYSA, US Club Soccer and Super Y League sanctioned teams and Canadian clubs. Teams affiliated solely with US Club Soccer or Super Y-League must declare an 18-player roster for the tournament (identify on FFF Tournament roster form).

Location: Kalamazoo, Michigan - Midway between Chicago and Detroit on Interstate I-94. Within a six hour drive of almost every major Midwest city.

Sites: All games will be at the River Oaks Soccer Complex. One of the fine facilities in the Midwest with 12 full-sized, manicured fields, all games for each age group will be in one convenient location.

Age Groups: 20 Divisions - Boys and Girls (born on or after): U9 (8/1/98) U10 (8/1/97) U11 (8/1/96) U12 (8/1/95) U13 (8/1/94) U14 (8/1/93) U15 (8/1/92) U16 (8/1/91) U17 (8/1/90) U18 (8/1/89) U19 (8/1/88).

Players per Team: Maximum of 18, including up to 5 guest players for all U13-U19 teams (11v11). Maximum of 14, including up to 5 guest players for all U11-U12 teams (8v8). Maximum of 11, including up to 5 guest players for all U9-U10 teams (6v6). Validated State or Provincial player passes, a Validated copy of their official team roster, parental medical release forms and a Validated Permission to Travel (Out-of-state teams only), are required for all players participating in the tournament and must be produced at check-in. Failure to bring this information to registration will result in disqualification of the team.

Games: Each participating team will play a minimum of three full-length games (U9/10 50m, U11/12/13/14 60m, U15/16 70m, U17/18/19 80m). These games are scheduled to begin on Saturday morning, August 11th, though some games may be played Friday night. All division championship games will be played Sunday afternoon. If weather conditions dictate, the tournament committee reserves the right to shorten or cancel games, as necessary, without rebate of application fees.

Awards: U13-U19: Individual awards for each member of the winning and finalist teams; U9-U12: Team trophies w/Individual participation awards for all participants

Teams: The Fall Futbol Frenzy prides itself on providing only a top notch event; one of the best tournaments in Michigan and in the Midwest. Selections will be based on experience and quality of application. Number of teams accepted will vary based on strength of entries; age groups may be combined, where necessary.

Guest Players: Are you a player whose team will not be attending, but would like the opportunity to guest play with one of our participating teams? Please complete the online registration process and your contact information will be provided to coaches that are looking for guest players.

Application: Applications with check for $350 (U9-U12)/$400 (U13-U14)/$450 (U15-U19) tournament fee must be received by July 18, 2008. Applications entered after the July 15th deadline will have to pay a tournament fee of $500 to be considered. Only Online Applications will be accepted.

Acceptance Notification: Notification of Acceptance and Non-Acceptance will be by email to the team contact and coach on or before July 24, 2008. Any team that withdraws from the tournament after being accepted will forfeit its entry fee.

Housing: Hotel reservations are available through our Official Housing Service, Premier Sports Events. Online hotel reservations can only be completed after your team has submitted an application, click here to view online hotel information. You may also contact them at (269) 978-2418 or hotels@gopremierevents.com. This service is being provided to ease the search for hotel accommodations in the area; however, you are not required to use them. Hotel reservations will be confirmed when Team Acceptance is complete on July 28; yet, it is IMPORTANT to temporarily reserve rooms prior to Team Acceptance to ensure room availability.

College Coaches: Over 800 coaches from across the Midwest and all levels have been invited to attend our event. Player Profiles Booklets will be compiled for the attending college coaches. Completion of the College Coach Player Profile Form by July 15th is required for all U16-U19 teams.

Applications without entry fee will NOT be accepted. Your application MUST BE ENTERED ONLINE by July 18, 2008. Applications entered after July 15th must pay a late application fee of $100 extra.

An E-mail address MUST be on the referee application. ALL communication concerning the tournament will be by E-mail and E-mail only. Any incorrect E-mail addresses which return as "undeliverable" will mean that particular referee will not be included in any communications nor assigned any matches.

Any out of state referees will need to provide a release from their USSF State Referee Administrator, giving his/her permission to officiate in the tournament.
